Surf Fitness Classes

For anyone who wants an INTENSE work-out, taught on the BEACH,  this fitness class is for you.  We  focus on improving  flexibility,  core strength, power and balance in the exact parts of the body that surfers use most.

Whether your a beginner or expert  surfer,  strengthening your muscles & enhancing your cardio will reduce injuries and provide for better longer sessions.

Sneakers are required.

12 Classes - $100
6 Classes - $60
